Welcome to the forum brobinson01 :)

1) Just to rule out the obvious, after saving your project did you move any of the photos to a different directory or change the file names?

2) Prior to this incident were you able to save your projects and edit them at a later time?

3) After re-opening this project can you see your photos in the "1 Organize" tab view?

4) Could you try burning a DVD of your project. If the photos show up on disc (but not in preview mode) it might tell us something.

Lastly, just FYI, Ulead doesn't monitor this board (at least not officially) so you may want to submit a tech-support ticket, assuming you aren't using the trial version.

Thanks Mike for your quick response...
1. I have not moved my photos to a different folder or changed the name...
2. I had made a slideshow in PS3 before on drive C
I uninstalled 3( in add and remove) and installed ps4 in drive D, since I dont have much space left in C...but a lot of space in D...I have not completed a slide show yet with 4 because of this problem
3. When I open up my project to work on it, I can see alll the pictures in organize and burned what I had on a cd as a VCD(since I dont have a DVD at the moment to burn to) and it works fine on tv with the pictures and music....but I only have a 1/4 of the pictures I want to add to the project so far..
Would not having enough space left on C drive have anyting to do with the project, although I moved it all the D drive?
Thanks

I'd recommend that you re-install PS4 observing some extra steps. This looks like a lot of work but really it should only take 10 minutes or so.

1) Uninstall PS4 through addd/remove programs.
2) Check your installation directories for both your C & D partitians. If any PictureShow folders remain (from Version 3 and/or 4), delete them.
3) Go to: C > Program Files > Common Files and delete the "Ulead Sytems" folder. However, skip this step if you have OTHER Ulead programs installed on your PC.
4) Go to My Computer > Tools > Folder Options > View and select "show hidden files and folders", Apply, OK. You can change it back to "hide" at a later time.
5) Go to C > Documents And Settings > Your Username > Application Data > Ulead Systems and delete the "DVD Picture Show" folder.
6) Go To My Computer, right click on your C partitian, select Properties and run "Disc Cleanup". Also run Disc Cleanup on your D partitian.
7) Reboot
8 ) Install PS4 on your D partitian
9) Reboot if necessary
10) Open your D partitian and create a new folder with a name like "PS4 Working Folder"
11) Launch PS4, go to File > Preferences (General Tab) and select this new folder as your "Working Folder".
12) Create a test project, save it, and then re-open to see if things are working properly.

Lemme know how it turn out.

Mike!! Thanks sooo much...I did all those steps and its working!! I think I still had some folders left in C drive...
I have another question if you can help ..
After i put in pictures in #1 then on to #2 Theme, it brings up one of the themes (which is ok) but it always puts in the first picture that in my slideshow..How can I chose a different picture to insert in one of the themes for example the vacation one with the frame ..I really like what it does, but I dont seem to have a choice of what picture it places inside the picture frame that is on the table with the daisy flowers..its perfect for an anniversay slide show..
Thanks

Cool!!! Glad to help :D

To change your menu thumbnail just go to the "1 Organize" tab, right click over the photo you want, select "Set As Slideshow Thumbnail" from the context menu.
