MPEG program stream is not compatible with this DVD engine

I have a problem when trying to output to DVD disk and/orDVD folders using MF3SE. I get an error "MPEG program stream is not compatible with this DVD engine". I believe the problem is related to using a new program TMPGen MPEG Editor to edit my MPEG2 files. Had no problems when I used Womble MPEG Editor. I have downloaded and apllied all updates and patches currently available. Any suggestions???
