I figured it out last night.

What, How to Insert Objects into webpages with no backgrounds.

I want to thank every one, but your directions or Instructons needed a to be lttle more direct. I was everywhere.

If someone had metioned, Go to your File button on the photoimpact, Then click on new image and right above in the new image window it has 4- little buttons, CLICK on the 256 and that should do it. IT WOULD HAVE SAVED ME A LOAD OF TIME.

Anyway, Thanks Keenart. You gave the most concise info on this matter, If you have any auto websites I'll give you FREE three months of advertising when I open for biz.

Thanks for the offer, I just closed down two of my sites earlier this year, and only use the other for a Dump at present.
