All Windows Media 9 and Neptune codecs disappeared

I have Video Studio 9, then added the TRial copy of Video Studio10.
I wasn't in love with 10 so deleted it from my machine.

I went back into 9, which had previously had lots of options for codecs with windows media 9, and very customizable wmv settings, along with Uleads and Neptunes codecs.

Now all I have are WM 8 codecs and cannot customize them. I reinstalled VS 10 to see if they put them back. Not only did it not, now VS 10 only has the WM 8 codecs, no custom setting available.

SO... I uninstalled VS9, then VS 10, then reinstalled VS 9.

I'm still out of luck. I cannot get great wmvs of custom size like I did.

Any solutions out there?

Have you tried downloading WMV Encoder version 9 from Microsofts site and re-installing it?
