Norton Disabled after MF 5 install & Load MPEG vio Drive

After installed Movie Factory 5 and restarting, my Norton IE 2005 is disabled at start-up and i have to manually enable it. This is most strange. Does anybody know of a fix for this?

Also, when i launch Movie Factory 5 i get the:
Load MPEG vio Driver error
"C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Ulead Systems\Ulead DVD Movie Factory\5.0\DVDMF.ini"

Could this be connected to my Norton problem?

At th moment i can not use Movie factory, as it is just crashing.

Note: i have a XVid and the offical DivX codec packs installed if this helps.
