I skipped DVDMF 4 and went from 3.5 disc creator t o 5. 5 does not seem to have as many menu templates to select from as did 3.5 disc creator, did I screw up and should I have also bought 4.0 ?

One thing you have to understand, you are comparing the basic MovieFactory with a Disc creator version. They are not the same. Please compare the details for MF 5 and MF 4 Disc creator on Uleads web site http://www.ulead.com/dmf/compare.htm.
As you will notice, Ulead still sells the MF 4 Disc creator version as an allround disk burning program as opposed to MF 5.

1. Use the menu templates from your earlier version using the methods shown
MF5/ VS9 /VS10: Share Menus, Transitions between products
2. Create your own with PhotoImpact
Tutorial: PI 11 creating DVD Menu from scratch
3. Download the extra free menu templates
Freestuff that can be used with Ulead products
4. Await the release of DVDMF5 Plus as mentioned in
