Was hoping for some help, today I bought the usb instant videoCD and i have installed everything as indicated including VS8. When is loads up I click on capture on the menu bar and instantly it stops responding and I have to reboot my machine to get it to close. I've been to the website and downloaded and installed the patches available for my version of the program and its still doesn't work.
My computer meets all the requirements stated.
Can anyone help?
