I thought that all I needed to do was insert the s-video to RCA cable into the female s-video cable and then from that I connect the video out cable from the video into the RCA connection.
However, this doesn't work and DVD MovieFactory 2 SE doesn't detect the VCR. So obviously I can't capture the videos from my VCR at the moment.
Any help would be appreciated
EDIT: Nevermind...I just got it to work. I didn't need to use the s-video to RCA connection. I just had to plug it into the female video cable and then reconnect the device to the computer. If you don't disconnect it and reconnect it after changing the connection it won't work for some reason.
