What is the purpose of this feature? Is it only able to edit and mix surrround sound to current audio clips that already have surround sound encoded in them, or is it also able, and primarily designed, to take stereo audio clips and turn them into surround sound tracks? I hope it is the latter, because all of my DV tapes are encoded in stereo and it would sure be fun to mix them into surround sound.
And I would also assume that if I did any surround sound mixing, I would choose the surround sound audio format then creating the video file in the Create Video File template, whether the entire video is surround sound or a mixture of surround sound and stereo?
Thanks,
Bryan P.
