Error when copy disk Error Code 800416bo

I sucessfully copied one disk to an image file and prior to burning it to DVD I attempted to burn and image file of a second disk and received the error code on the subject line of this Email. I tried a cold shut down and restart but had the same problem
I was able to go to my laptop and burn an image of this disk
