Title AVI files to download??

Post by Ynot »

Hi all.

I recall seeing a thread somewhere listing "All the freestuff available on-line for Ulead products" but search as I might I just can't find it. Maybe I was dreaming.... :?

However, I'm specifically after some AVI files (preferably free, but don't mind paying if they're good ones) to use in VS10 as title backgrounds. I've already used several of those in the bonus pack when I purchased my license, and want to look at new ones.

Anyone point me in the right direction? Either to the resources on the web, or the thread I missed if it does exist...?

Cheers
Tony

Don't forget;

VirtualDUB;

http://www.virtualdub.org/

a very useful stream processing tool even used by pro's. Check around the site for links to a ton of useful plugins like telecine, inverse telecine etc. etc. etc. Too useful to miss.

AVISynth;

http://www.avisynth.org/

ex: how to open any file in VirtualDUB using AVISynth;

http://nickyguides.digital-digest.com/synth-vdub.htm

a very powerful scripting language that can process video files. HANDY when used with VirtualDUB and many other tools. Sample scripts, docs, plugins & links on the site and at VideoHelp.com.

DebugMode;

http://www.debugmode.com/

home of the WAX compositor (a poor mans After Effects), WinMorph (a morphing tool) and Frameserver, a tool that lets you 'feed' the 'Create/Video File' output of MSPro, VideoStudio, Cool3D or whatever to external encoders, VirtualDUB or most anything else that can load *.avi's for post-processing.
