Why do I get "No topics or posts met your search criteria" when I have entered the full and correct post heading and author,Video studio, and general discussion.?

The trick with all computer systems when searching is to start off vague rather than specific.

For example - I am searching for "The big red car."
Search 1 = car.
Too many hits
Search 2 = big car -Remember to tick the box [Search for all terms]
If there are still too many hits then
Search 3 = big red car

Continue to add extra items to your search request until you get a hit list that is 'manageable'.

Or just use EITHER the subject header OR the author, rather than both together, and see what comes up. If it is a thread in which you were involved, simply use your name -- at most, you will only have 53 threads to look at! I, or some of my colleagues, on the other hand, might be swamped if this is all we looked for!
