VS10+ a Success

Post by blplhp »

I just want to take a brief moment on this forum to thank Trevor Andrew, Ken Berry, jchunter, DVDDoug and all of the others who helped me and gave me great tips, advice and information. A special thanks also goes to Steve J for his in-depth tutorial, I learned much from that. As well as Charlie Hills book "Getting Started with VS9". I am a newbie and have had VS10+ for about a month now and I just completed my first DVD movie project. It was a complete success, from flawless capturing, intuitive editing, flawless creation of the video file and picture perfect disc creation. I just played my DVD movie on my top set DVD player and 35" TV screen, and it came out wonderful. I experienced no problems at all with VS10+, it performed beautifully and effortlessly. I know VS10+ is considered an entry level video software, but it sure does alot of cool things and is packed with intuitive features. I just wish it came with more DVD menus, audio tracks and video filters. I didn't have to make much effort in trial and error or vast experimentation, due to all of your wonderful help in steering me away from some of the typical pitfalls. So thanks again guys, I look forward to reading more of your replies to other topics, so I can learn even more.

Cheers,

Ron,

Thanks for your kind gesture. The picture frame looks very nice. I forgot to thank you by name as well, because it was your tuturial on Preference Settings and Project Settings that got me started in the right direction. So thanks to you, too.

Cheers,
