O.K. here it goes, I had Photoimpact 6.0 on my computer. My computer got several viruses and caused crashes. I have a Sony Vaio that allowed me to restore my computer to " factory fresh " a great feature. I have my disk for photoimpact 6.0 but can not find the dang license key to load it back onto my system. Can you get a new key if you loose it ?
Thanks,
David

You didn't say whether PI was on the Sony CD or you purchased the Program retail.
As Steve indicates, if you did not register the Key with Ulead, you are out of luck, since each CD has a different Key. Which means you can not get a new Key or use another key to access the CD.
If the CD was from Sony and an OEM install CD, you might be able to get the Key from Sony. Sony usually includes a certificate with the CD that includes the Key.
If you have an install CD that no longer will install you can still purchase an upgrade at reduced price and use the defunct CD as proof of purchase during install of an upgrade.
