Nature of the problem: I am trying to add several moving Images to my banner but when I play the final version, each images tops after it's inital movement and then the next starts. This is until all the frames are done and it starts again.
Properties of your source files (format, file size, where did you get it?): Paint Shop Pro X Image, 66.8 KB, from a registered website.
What devices are involved and their mode of connection? ...I am noy sure?
Project Settings: its' for my personal use.
Output format (file, DVD, VCD, SVCD): GIF
PAL or NTSC: this is not a video image.
Error Codes (if any): N/A

It seems that the problem is you haven't selected Frame 1 in the Frame Panel when you added your subsequent animations.
Once you add the first animation, look at the frame panel - you will see the last frame is now selected. When you add the second one, it will insert it starting with the frame selected. In this case, the last one...
Select Frame 1
Add the first animation
Select Frame 1 again
Add the second animation
Repeat until done.
When combining animations, you may run into issues - if both animations don't have the same number of frames, you'll have some tweaking to do.
Here's one example of combining two animations. Both have the same number of frames.
