Project Settings: non-standard DVD-resolution

Hi,

a friend of mine wants me to author and burn some Avi-files which have 640X480 resolution.
When I click on "Project-settings"->"Change Mpeg Setttings..."->"Customize"->"Frame Size", only the Standard formats are available. There is also an option "User defined" but I don't know how to activate it since it is grey and not clickable.

Does anybody have an idea about how to customize the resolution to 640X480 in Project Settings ?

It has to fall within the DVD specs. http://www.videohelp.com/dvd

Don't know what the capabilities of MF are but since it's a authoring app I would assume it won't convert to anything other than standard format.
