Smart Download on PI XL

I have gone to the Ulead site to d/l all the web components and still they are not showing up in the program. There are only a few. However, they are installed on my HD in my WCS.data folder. Don't know what to do next. Makes me mad when I see all those components installed and yet they aren't in the program. HELP!!
