VS 10 trial error

I know theres a error that happens on the video studio 10 trial as it has happened to me, i am thinking of buying it would it happen on the full version you buy?

Um it stopped working after 14 days still to go and now all i get is secuirty invaild program will be terminated.

That should not happen if you buy the full version...
