audio problem vs6

ok so here is my problem. i play my ps2 on the laptop and my dad had a dvd program where i could play on the laptop. but i couldn't find it so i downloaded video studio 6 and i got the picture i can actually see the game playing but i am getting no sound. this is all i can tell you at the moment i dont know my sound card or anything. i just bought it from my dad.

please help would like to play ps2 at work :) wich i have done before

that doesn't really help me anybody else that knows what to do.

What kind of video input/capture device do you have? Some video capture cards have their own audio input.

Maybe you can just plug your headphones/speakers directly into your PS2???

There is usually a buffer in the video path that causes a short delay. That can make game-play very... interesting!
