I started up PI 11 and one of my menus is just gone..I can not get it back by left clicking and hitting customize,,The tool bar is the one with all the effects,web, abd all the usual things!....and it is just gone..I think on the toolbars page I need menu bars checked but it will not let me....I just got everything into PI..please dont tell me I have to reinstall!
Any Ideas?

Go into C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Ulead Systems\Ulead PhotoImpact\11.0\profiles\current.xum and delete the current.xum.
If you have PI open, close it and reopen. Another way to do this is to right click on the side or bottom of the PI window and select 'Open workspace' then click on customize and choose import. You will see the curent.xum. Select it and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Close PI and reopen, the menu bar and everything else should appear as it intended.
