Slideshow Speed

I am putting a slideshow together,when i press play to see how it looks the curser goes across to quick,each photo only shows for about 1second.How to i get it to go slower,i want each photo to show for about 5 seconds.Thanks You.Cumbrian

See Trevor Andrew's reply on your other thread:

"Once images are inserted to the timeline you can change the duration of selected images by using ‘Clip-Change Image/colour duration "

You can also set the default duration of clips, transitions and audio fades in Preferences.
