please help

Hello I have a "ADS" DVD EXPRESS 3.5 VERSION 3.5.0.12 it is connected to my VCR throught my satelite box and tv all was working ok until now I have a distorted,blurry, and freezze screen in my ADS capture screen , why..?? was working ok .......I have a hp a1210n athlon 3500 , have a lot of memory and looks like when I try to capture the tv program so I can record some programs I get now this bad quality capture .....all the cables are connected the way before ......nothing have been change ...please help and thanks
