When DVD MF5 starts up I get an error box saying "Load MPEG vio Driver Error" C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\....etc\...\DVDMF.ini
Can anyone please tell me what is causing this and how to correct it?

No, I didn't have a previous version of the program installed and I have tried reinstalling it but to no avail. Grrrr!maddrummer3301 wrote:Did you have any previous trial versions installed such as MF4?
If so, maybe this link will help.

How did you get MF5, maybe re-installing will correct the problem.
It can also be another program / codec causing this error, not sure.

Way back in 2003 I had the same problem with DVD Movie Factory 2
I sent in a query to Ulead Tech Support and was given the following answer
Knowing what I know now I think it was probably a Windows PATH statement problem.

This cured the issue I was having at that time.-*- ServiceID: 235577 -*- Date:Thursday, October 16, 2003 12:00:21 PM {GMT+08:00} -*-
Dear Steve,
Please copy all the files of the following folder into the DVD MovieFactory installed folder.
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ulead Systems\MPEG
Knowing what I know now I think it was probably a Windows PATH statement problem.
