Unable to stop active desktop application

Hi All,

Urgent Help Required!
I donot know how to contact the technical support. I downloaded Ulead Gif Animator. I like the tool. But I am facing an urgent issue. I exported an image as an active desktop application. It continues to run. I cannot stop it. Please, help me immediately to resolve this problem. It is a trial version. I cannot buy the licenced product before resolving the problem.

Once you put an Active Desktop item on your desktop, it's now a Windows thing, not a GIF Animator thing. Don't look in GIF Animator for the way to remove it.

Right-click on a blank area of your desktop. Select "Properties."

Click the Desktop tab.

Click the Customize Desktop button.

Click the Web tab.

Click to select the Active Desktop item, then click "Delete" - then click OK and you're done.

Thank you, Viking Animations!! I was having the same problem and am so glad I checked here.
That little animation on my desktop was cute for a while, but turned into
a real irritant when I couldn't get rid of it. So thank you again. This is the second time you helped me
with a problem. This forum is a great place. Love the uga5 and really appreciate your help!!
