This is the windows error message if I try to create an iso file with MF4:

Faulting application dvdmf.exe, version 4.0.0.0, faulting module uvmp3.vio, version 4.0.0.0, fault address 0x0000da75.

Not to mention that the software crashes. I already reinstalled the application and updates.
I also switched off all application in the background as far as possible, but it didn't help.

Any suggestion?

did you follow the published procedure for re-installing the software. If not then search in the forum and you'll be able to find the estblished protocols.

After you reinstall DVDMF4, install the 4.04 update patch which includes a fix for the uvMP3.vio file.
