Crash occurs on Flash Animation

I crash whenever I try to use flash animation with VideoStudio 9.

1. Invoke Ulead
2. Select any flash animation clip.
3. Try to run clip

Crash occurs and I need to End Task to get my system back.

My system is Pentium4 XP, 512 MB

Any idea?

Hi Nancy,

Have you installed the Flash update patch for VS9? You can download it HERE.

I am also having trouble with flash animation on my vs 10. It was working just fine and then just today when I was working I noticed that the flash animators won't work at all. I've tried closing it and rebooting my computer and still nothing. Has anyone else had this trouble?

Thanks so much for the suggestion on installing the patch. This seems to have done the trick for me and now things are working fine.
