Not all chapters being captured in Movie Factory 4

I am trying to copy from a DVD+RW disc to a dvd-video, or DVD+VR and it won't capture all the chapters on the disc. It will play all of them within
Power DVD. We are using DVD Moviefactory 4 and it has had the lastest fix applied.

Any ideas?

try copying with DVD shrink

Thanks for that, but it's not too big to fit, it only captures 4 minutes of a 30 min disc.....any other ideas?
