Cool 3d Help pages

Post by jerryh »

I'm using a registered version of Cool3d 3.5
As it was originally downloaded I don't have the help files.
According to the support page I need to click on the free download button to get them. However this point to a ULead page saying the target does not exist.
Does anybody know how to download the U3edit3.hlp file

Please contact Ulead Tech Support via http://www.ulead.com/tech/suppform.htm to see if the problem can be fixed.

Please make sure you have used non-free e-mail address in the form so Ulead can reach you.

NOTE: Some mail servers categorize the virtual Ulead Technical Support account (ts_reply@ulead.com.tw) as spam and include it in their blacklist. To guarantee that you receive the response from Ulead, please add the Ulead Technical Support account to the list of safe senders.

Hope this helps.

The content of the COOL 3D help file is same as the user manual file. Would it be OK to you to download the user manual??

Ulead COOL 3D - Program Documents:
http://www.ulead.com/cool3d/documents.htm

Or you can send me a private message with your e-mail address so I can send the help file to you, just click on the PM icon below this post.

Hope this helps.

Help Files

Thanks HT. I did get a reply from U-Lead in the end with a URL to download the help file. I'm loth to put it up here as it seems to be a "private" link but, like you, if anyone wants the info "privately" just e-mail me.
