How to Copy Menu Template picture

Hi, I would appreciate it if someone could help me with this. I Bought Ulead DVD MovieFactory 5. I created a nice Kickboxing DVD which consisted of videos and pictures.

My Problem is: I made use of the menu template (animated) that consist of the hand in the right bottom corner and the frame at the bottom and corner. I want to copy the frame and the hand image, to MS Word - could someone help with this please?

Try to do the print screen and paste it to the MS word

Using PhotoImpact (what - you haven't got it

- OK download the 30 day free trial) look in the following area for the DVD Menu Template and open it.
You can then save it as a bitmap, JPG, GIF or whatever format you wish.

You could even select the whole DVD Image and copy/paste into WORD.
