I need some help

I just installed video studio 9 and am trying to capture video from a dvd. It imports the video fine but there is no audio when it imports. I also tried capturing from the camera and same thing happened. I don't know what i'm doing. Help.

Hi Danny, and welcome to the forums..:),

First off, I would suspect that the DVD you're trying to import is using Dolby Digital, either AC-3 or 5.1. Since there is no audio being transfered, I suspect that you have a trial version, is that correct? If not then the problem does fall elsewhere. If so, Dolby charges a license fee, and so trial versions do not include the ability to read and encode Dolby.

Next issue, failing to capture from your camera.
Please provide more information, such as the make/model of your camera, and how you are trying to capture?
