Ok,
Whenever i click on insert graphic its says "Creating class not registered failed!" what does this mean?

That means your C3DPS is been corrupted and needs to be repaired.
Start the control panel in Windows and select Add/Remove Programs, find Ulead COOL 3D Production Studio and click on it. Click on Modify / Remove and then select Repair.
