How to back-up production library

Hi all -

It's been a while since my last post, I've been real busy and every thing has been going great with MSP8 since sp1, until this week. I have done two wedding's since sp1 with no crashes or lost projects. Monday I started on another wedding and MSP8 started crashing. Some crashes would have the MSP8 needs to shut down and others would just close with no warning.

The only thing I've done to the pc is defrag the hard drives. So I guest I will have to re-install MSP8. Is there an easy way to back-up the production library? I would like to save my custom filters, moving paths and such.

Hi Tim,

You can right click on your customisations file folder and select save from the pop up menu. You can save these and back them up.
