try to download updates Movie Factory 3 Says its not loaded
It previously worked. Haven't used it in a few weeks. Now when I go to burn dvd it says error in files. I have tried to uninstall Movie Factory and reinstall but that doesn't work. tried to update and its says I don't have it installed. I'm using windows XP media center. Its a brand new computer. Call ads tech support no help. I am capturing with dvd express. Can someone help me.

That's probably an error in your video file(s). It can be hard to tell. I've had quite a few corrupt MPEGs and they all played-back fine, but caused problems when I tried to make a DVD.It previously worked... says error in files.
What format are your video files? Can DVD Express capture to AVI/DV? DV is the preferred format.I am capturing with dvd express...
If you are stuck with MPEGs, try an un-edited MPEG. It could be getting corrupted during capture, or during editing.
