Something cool from apple maybe?

Hi ok this is going to be hard to explain but i hope someone gets it. I was watching a movie done in apples video editing soft ware where the main menu did thing thing where the title of the movie was towards the bottom and then, gosh this is going to be hard

there is like one movie type thing being displayed as a back round as one block and then there is a overlapping movie displaying maybe a later scene and so forth. I thought htis was the coolest thing but i have no idea what to all it and since obviously i do not have a mac and use video studio 10 i was hoping if anyone know if that can be done with that software or another ulead product?

It sounds like you're describing multi layered digital video FX where each new layer has picture priority over the previous layer. It would be time consuming to build and you'd need to watch the quality of the original layer (event 1) but you could build such a composite image within Video Studio. As to the specifics of what you saw, you'd need to supply a screenshot.

I forgot to add....go to the Options...Attributes section in the Effects tab and look at the 'resizing and distorting clips' options.
