Erroer Message from Movie HuntCannot start the Capture Graph

Capture failed. The created file is corrupt and unusable. It will be automatically deleted. (13011:5:3)
I'm trying to capture video from my Hauppauge 350 TV=PVR board. It shows up in the capture video screen.
I also enter "Set Auto Capture" and Start capture but nothing is recorded. What's up with all of this?
I'm really getting frustrated!
