Toggle between 1 second and 1 frame

Anyone know of a way of toggling between 1 second and 1 frame display in the timeline? These are the two settings I use the most and it's irritating using the slider bar. Didn't earlier versions of VS have a right click drop down list to choose from?

Yes your right Terry previous versions had it - and it has been retained in Version 10. - - RIGHT click over the very top of the timeline - in the area where the timecode numbers (and the inverted cursor triangle) are - from the pop-out choose "zoom to" - and there's your selection box.

not quite as easy as previous versions - but still there.

Thanks, Brian. Sliding the bar to select the frame by frame view is easy...getting it back to the 'second per frame' view is easy to overshoot. Thanks as always for your help.
