Dear all
Is there a way to let VS10 adjust the volume level automatically that all audio clips have same volume.
I found a way to specify this under "Create Disk" but is there also a way to do this in the timeline as I just use "Create Video File" to export to mpeg2 and author with an external sw.

You might like to view this thread, it's written for VS9, but should still be applicable for VS10.

Many Thanks for your answer.
I assume I must add the normalize filter to each audio part on the timeline to have a normalization over the whole movie, right?
Well, better than nothing although it creates some efforts as I need to split the audio of each clip before I can apply the filter for it.
Many Thanks again, haven't known that such a filter exists.

Yep, I think you've got it. If you read the questions asked following the tutorial, somebody asking the same sort of questions as yourself is advised to use the normalize feature at the create disc stage if they need to apply it to the entire project. Otherwise, yeah, I think you'll have to do them one by one.
