Nature of the problem : Error appears at 1 hr & 45 mins of the burning process . The first time was all OK . The Dvd was finish but I do some changes to the proyect, I start again the burning process and from that I always have the error at 1:46

It certainly sounds like there is a fault on your input file, assuming you have adequate amounts of space on the disk/partition set for your temp files. As a general rule, with a default installation, you need at least 10 Gb free on your C: drive after installation.
Many MPEG-2 files have errors that don't appear for straightforward playing but are unacceptable for burning to a DVD. These often revolve around interruptions in the GOP sequence.
