These have to be so simple but searched and couldn't find any threads and using VS9
Have some movie clips then decide to put a beginning title now but how to I get just the title to appear for a few seconds and not run over the video?
Is there a way to move the whole video track to the right for the length of the title?
If I have a video track done but then decide to put a transition in for 5 seconds, it then gets out of sync with the sound track. How can I insert or remove audio clips or videos and have the whole project still sync up properly?
Have action video and would like to show that then take a segment and run it at slow motion, then go back to regular speed. Is there a way to do that?
Is there a quick way to fade out the last video clip or do I have to insert a black color then put a transition between the two?
When I make a .WMV file and post it to my website, how can I make it so users cannot Save the file, only play it? I've tried my FTP site folder permissions by setting to Execute only but that didn't help.
Thanks for your help!!!
Beginning title, adjusting whole show, slow motion...

Hi rayban --
You can create a "space" for your title -- one way -- by choosing a Color from the Library (on the right) drop-down menu. Drag a color onto your Timeline. If you're in Storyboard mode you'll see the block of color sitting there, now, to the LEFT of your video footage.
Up to the top left, you'll see that this block will last for 3 seconds -- the default but adjustable. If you want people to have more time to read the title you put in there, change the duration to longer.
You don't have to "move the video to the right" because putting the Color footage in will do the moving for you.
Be sure you have Ripple Editing turned on. You may find Video-Audio Out-Of-Sync (OOS) problems occurring even when you take all precautions. I think transitions have something to do with this. But my own experience is, sometimes OOS happens, and sometimes it doesn't. I don't have enough time to figure it out even for myself.
Ending fade-out is done by inserting a black color and a fade-to-black transition into it.
You can select a segment of video and change the speed it runs at. I've done it but can't remember right how how. Somebody is bound to tell you shortly.
Sorry can't help you about Web site usage.
