uninstall manually

Hi,
I need to uninstall Photo Explorer 8
The problem is that I already have removed parts of the program manualy.
So now I can't use the Add/remove Program for this and I cann't run the installation becouse the install program detects that the program allredy is installed.

So what I need is a explanation of how to completly remove Photo Explorer 8 from the computer without using the uninstall program.
Files, registry entries etc.
