If you'd like your own 'virtual sets' (I'm assuming like those that come with something like Ultra 2) you can either create something in PhotoImpact, or in a 3D package and then place your footage (shot against a blue/green screen) in an overlay track. Once it's in the overlay track, click on the masking options.
