Lost internet download link

I am having issues with PS4 and was trying to complete a clean reinstall. I am unable to locate the download link for my software that I purchased and downloaded online. Can anyone point me in the right direction since it the weekend. Sorry if this is a dumb question but I am very frustrated and cannot find help anywhere. Also in following the clean reinstall I followed all the steps but was unable to delete all the files asked. Please help.

When did you download it? Download links are only active for a short period of time and for your specific purchase. There is no one here that could help you with that. You need to contact the original vendor with your proof of purchase for a new download link.

It is your responsibility to ensure you keep a back up copy of your downloaded file. You could,of course, also purchase the back-up CD with you original purchase.
