Creating/Modifying Menus

I just downloaded the trial version of MF5. I have a project with 30 two-minute video clips in M2V/WAV file format. The clips imported perfectly; I added the WAV files to the video clips, and then I went to the menu screen.

I'm not sure how it happened, but MF5 created 10 menus, each with 3 links on each menu to 3 respective movies, using the file names of the M2V. The word "buttons" using the file names is exactly what I'm looking for, and they play fine. But what I want to do is to create no more than 2 menus, each with up to 15 links to the video clips on them. I don't want to have to click through ten menus to access all the clips on the DVD.

I've tried to customize the current menus, to add more links/buttons to a menu to consolidate, and I haven't been able to cut, paste, copy these word buttons.

Is there a way to do this? I've read the pdf manual that came with the trial and can't find the answer.
