I have recently purchased photo impact pro version 10 and have been making banners with them but can not figure out how to add animation to them. I know where the animation items are and can put them on the banner but when I save them, and post them, the animation doesn't do anything. I have read the book on this and watched the videos and still no luck. I work better if someone helps me step by step. Is there anyone who would be willing to walk me through this? If you could I would appreciate it! Thanks!

Okay I found the program you told me about. But now I have another question. I want to have a background I have made on photo impact to use as the background of my animation. How do I keep it under the pics the whole time it is playing the animation? And also how do I add the lightning and snow and all of that to that banner? Can you tell I am stupid when it comes to this stuff. I posted some things I have made to give you an idea of what I am wanting to do but I guess they were deleted. Not sure why. If they weren't deleted and I can post them again let me know. If I have lost you on what I am wanting to do, please let me know. Thank you sooooooooooo much for your help!!!

Open your animation in GIF Animator. Make sure Frame 1 is selected.
Click the "Add Image" button.
Find your background image, and click Open.
Your background will now be covering everything. Select the Pick Tool
and then move the background to the back by clicking the Underlined Down Arrow on the attribute panel.

Now you can position your background. There are a few ways to do this - you could use the Pick Tool to click and drag it into position, or you can use one of the Alignment buttons showing on the attribute panel. If you use the Pick Tool, it's best to check "Move active object(s) only."
Now, to have the background in all frames, use the "Synchronize" button.
This box will pop up. Use the settings shown here.

That should do it. The only other thing you may want to do is make sure the Frame Properties for all frames have "Smart" set as the removal method.
As for lightning and snow, that's a whole other issue, a little further up on the learning curve... Start with some simple tutorials for GIF Animator 5 and get familiar with it first.
