They are going to send me the link and a serial number by mail, but I am still waiting. FYI: if you download the trial version and you take its serial number, it works. Is this reasonable for a company like Ulead?"
I imagine he is talking about French support, and that they themselves don't yet have a copy of the French version, which seems really quite strange. I am also not exactly sure what he means about using the trial version serial number. I wouldn't have thought it would have one. But then again, I have never downloaded the trial version myself!
(For the sake of completeness, his first message read: "Impossible to install the product after ordering over the internet. Error message during installation: uvs10_contentpack_f.exe BonusF.exe is not a valid Win32 application. The serial number is [also] invalid, so it is impossible to register the product and get support. I find that unacceptable.")
