Greeting cards in VS10

Hello, has anyone managed to create Greeting cards that works? I tried using an mpeg clip but when it executes no video is played. When I try using a WMF clip, VS10 says "Cannot play the video file WMF. The video player cannot recognize the file.".

For the record, use AVI files to be sure that the card will work.
