DVD Diskrecorder 2.2 vs MovieFactory 5?

I'm a bit confused. I used MovieFactory 5 thru the evaluation period. Liked it(does a rendering of mpeg faster than nero 6) and purchased it. Now in my purchase note, there was also an application of diskrecorder 2.2.

What is the difference between the two? Do I need or want both?
