MSP8 & Mpeg4 plugin No Ulead Support forth comming?

I own MSP 8 having progress from MSP 5.All programs registered with Ulead. I had problems with MSP 8 not functioning correctly when compling DVD files.I contacted Ulead Tech. Support & assistance was forth coming to try to rectify the problem. I tried their advice which didn`t work & the final resort was a total reinstall of Win XP pro. which I reluctantly did.
This also meant a reinstall of the mpeg4 plugin which I purchased from ulead & have the documentation to prove it. To install the plugin you have to do an online activation using the code provided.I do this & keep getting the response that the Server is Busy please try later.I have been trying on & off for the last 3 weeks & always the same response.
I have sent abount three emails to ulead re this & the only response I got was when I sent one to Customer Support telling me that I want Tech. Support & to contact them.Did they forward the email No they did not.
Does Ulead give support to their long serving customers because I for one are not getting it.
Are yor happy with the support?
Any suggestions to sort out the installation problem.

Kingfisher I am sorry that you have had this unhappy experience. Has anything changed for the better since you made this post on the 17th? If not, please send me an email to tobieopenshaw@ulead.com.tw and I will sort out something for you on Monday.

One of the best people you could be in direct contact with at Ulead. Remember that he's in Taiwan and that it's been a weekend.

The first email was sent on 01.08.06 how many weekends is that?
And the latest on 14.08.06.
If he is one of the best people to be in direct contact with at Ulead what I have done to upset him?

The emails could be ending up in his "Spam" folder and being missed.

Don`t see why it should end up in the spam folder after all it`s the email address he gave me & the message header contains details of the problem, indicating the emails contents.
