Ulead Arttexture plugin

I am running windows XP home edition and have paintshop pro.
I cannot get the arttexture plugin to work.
When I try an error box comes up and say's it cannot load ASPmgart.dll
I cannot locate any where to uninstall the plugin.
I cannot reinstall the plugin at all.

Any suggestions as to how to get this to work?

I use art texture and when I open the program it doesn't show any colors, it looks like it can not find the gradients.

I installed it so many times again but every time its the same.

I downloaded it from the original site.

Has somone any suggetions?
