problem with subtitle !!

Hi ..

first .. is DVD Workshop support Arabic subtitle ??

and what type of subtitles does it support ? i think its only Ulead DVD Workshop type

cose im having problem with the arabic subtitle ..

when i convert my arabic subtitles to the Ulead type by

Subtitle Workshop ... the words becoms strange simpols like : ÇáÃÓØæÑÉ ßÊÈÊ ÈæÇÓØÉ\~ÃäÇÓ ãÙáãíä or somthing like it .

Have you applied the DVD WS 2.x Updates?

Also, have a look under "Editing/Encoding" -- the question about text displaying properly:

the url you gave me was very useful .. i did all the steps and the problem was solved .. then a new subtitle file was created

but i want to adjust the timing .. how ??

the new subtitle works perfectly with DVD Workshop but ..

but it dosent open with Subtitle Workshop to adjust the timing

how can i adjust the timing for the new file ? is there a program can deal whith these kind of files ?

or is there a program can convert subtitles to DVD Workshop except Subtitle Workshop ??

i now i can adjust the timing by th DVD Workshop it self .. but i have to do it line by line .. and i feel this isnt the right way !!
